My goods arrived in perfectly good condition yesterday. I am writing this mail to you to appreciate the hard work put in by each member of your team in making the movement of my goods as comfortable as possible for me. In fact since I had to be moving at a very short notice, Sushil arranged for 2 extra packers so that the packing and loading could be done before 3:00 so that I could catch my flight.
The entire team reached on time and completed the work with utmost care and loaded my goods on time.
